We were totally screwed over by another HVAC company that had given us the run around for 33 days, in July, in Georgia with NO AC. I called on Tuesday, they found and picked up parts on Wednesday and had our air working on Thursday...less than 48 hours after my initial call. They were so kind. Top notch customer service.
