The team at Johnson Air Services has been there for me and family twice over the last year in the heat of summer. They were quick to respond and faster to solve the problem and get the air back to normal for me, my wife and my newborn son.

This is a great company. I've used Johnson Air Services several times for a complete reduct and installation in 1 house and some minor repairs and tweaks in another. Every engagement has been personal, knowledgable and respectful. I absolutely recommend Tim and crew.

After getting the runaround from another HVAC provider and being without air for 13 days in the CRUCIAL GA , I connected with Tim from Johnson Air Services. He came, assessed the issue, and replaced a warranty part on my unit. Didn't try to charge outrageous prices for his labor either.

I'd like to start by giving Brian some credit . He was very responsive and knew his stuff , very easy to work with , on time , very professional.
We lost a blower motor Christmas Eve and temps got down to 9 degrees. Out of the eight companies we called Johnson was there to save the day . They were amazing !

I don't even know where to begin my praises for this company. Brain and Tim are absolute life-savers. We were totally screwed over by another HVAC company that had given us the run around for 33 days, in July, in Georgia with NO AC. I called on Tuesday, they found and picked up parts on Wednesday and had our air working on Thursday...less than 48 hours after my initial call. They were so kind. Top notch customer service. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

It is nice to have local small business folks who are honorable, courteous and very professional. They had a fair price and did what they said they were going to do at the appointed time. Give these guys a chance. They are the best!
